This is the first batch they have made using Hallertau hops and we are the first bar in the world to have it tapped (even before the brewery itself)

We made sure to make this one something that no one can prepare for, hence why this year our Head chef Omar has crafted something that is going to knock your socks off. It’s a Korean Gochujang pepper sauce that Omar guarantees will challenge even the worthiest opponents, he deems it “hospital sauce” 😬😤🔥

Under all the heat of this bad boy the flavours are immaculate, you’ll just have to fight for them!

So that’s a wrap for our 5 hot sauces, and it all kicks off tomorrow here at the Tasting Room! 🌶️
